18K gold pendant featuring a round openwork motif in the center, which can be opened with a hinge. This motif is held in place by 4 gold pearls and surrounded by a border of striated, polylobed openwork gold. The setting is also openwork and decorated with twisted motifs. Pendant sold without its presentation chain.
