Heart pendant in 18k yellow and white gold (750/1000). Set with a heart-shaped blue topaz of approximately 2.85 carats and six brilliant-cut diamonds, approximately 0.01 carats each. Total diamond weight: 0.06 carats. Dimensions (including bail): 1.70 cm x 1.40 cm. Total weight: 3.02 g. Eagle's head hallmark. Excellent condition.
