Cross pendant in platinum and diamonds

Platinum 900 pendant depicting a Catholic cross, set with 20 diamonds, including 17 old-cut diamonds of approximately 0.10 ct each, and 3 rose-cut diamonds on the bail: two of approximately 0.01 ct each and one of approximately 0.03 ct. Length: 4.45 cm. Width: 2.35 cm. Engraved 1553 on one side. Total weight: 2.95 g. Dog's head hallmark. Excellent condition.
