Heart pendant in 18k yellow gold (750/1000). Set with four brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.06 ct, one oval cabochon sapphire of approximately 0.06 ct, and two rubies totaling approximately 0.30 ct. Dimensions: 2.23 cm x 3.01 cm. Total weight: 15.38 g. Hallmarked. Excellent condition.
