Antique Heart Pendant diamonds on Rose Gold

Charming heart pendant in rose gold 9Kt (hallmark: trefoil) and 18Kt gold clasp (hallmark: owl), whose front face is entirely paved with diamonds the total weight of which is estimated at approx. 1.90 cts, and the back engraved with floral motifs.

Victorian work from the late 19th century.

Condition: slight micro-scratches and oxidation on gold parts, slight abrasion and knocks on other parts. diamonds, see photos.

 

The pink size is one of the first faceted cuts in the diamonddeveloped in the 16th century. It is composed of 3 to 24 triangular facets arranged in a dome on a flat base.
