Art Deco white gold and diamond watch

A ladies' Art Deco watch in 18k white gold (750/1000) with an openwork bezel decorated with geometric motifs typical of the Art Deco period. It is set with old-cut diamonds and 8x8 cut diamonds. The case is decorated with finely chased motifs. It features a two-notch ladder clasp. The case is of French Art Deco origin. Note that the bracelet is likely a later addition and dates from the 1970s. It bears the eagle's head hallmark for 18k gold and the maker's mark "B" and "a compass" (S).
