18K pendant, Hexagonal shape, smooth gold on both sides, edged all around with small engraved laurel leaves. A hinge on the side lets you open the locket pendant to insert one or 2 keepsakes that can be held in place by the gold circles inside. Pendant sold alone without its presentation chain.
