Gaétan de Percin (attributed to HERMES) Silver bracelet and horse-racing theme charms
Silver bracelet whose mesh is composed of an alternation of round and rectangular gadrooned links holding several medals on the theme of horse riding as pendants: a riding boot, a horseshoe, a bomb helmet, a stirrup, a whip.
French work from the 1950s. Each element is signed with the hallmark of Gaëtan de Perçin, one of Hermès' main subcontractors. Many Hermès bracelets made by Maison Perçin are unsigned, as is the case here. The boar's head hallmark and the Maison de Perçin hallmark are also present.
