Antique pin yellow gold turquoise diamonds

Pin in yellow gold 15k (625°/°°) consisting of a heart motif set with a turquoise in the center and surrounded by small diamonds rose-cut gemstones. The turquoise is pear-shaped, probably Persian, with a very beautiful color. English work from the late 19th century. The pin can be made into a pendant on request.
