An 18k (750°/°°) gold medal depicting the Virgin Mary in profile, surrounded by a stylized halo. The medal bears the inscription "Sancta Maria". On the reverse, the medal is decorated with roses and engraved "Suzanne P born January 20, 1922 christened May 31, 1925". The engraving can be removed on request. French work circa 1900-1910. Presence of the eagle head hallmark for 18-carat gold and the maker's hallmark. Note that the setting is in a rosier gold than the medal.
