Old regional cross, called Devotee cross or Arlesian / Provençal Jeannette cross, in 18Kt pink gold and silver (hallmark: eagle's head), entirely set with rose-cut diamonds mounted on foil, the total weight of which is estimated at approximately 1, 00 CT.
French Provençal work from the 19th Century.
Gross weight: 4.19 g
Height (with bail): 4.50 cm
Width: 2.30 cm
Condition: slight micro scratches, and oxidation on the silver parts and the foils, abrasions and some shocks on the diamonds, see photos.
A Provencal jewel, the devout cross is made of silver, decorated with diamonds or rhinestones, and has a gold back so as not to darken clothes.
