Heart pendant in 18Kt yellow and white gold (hallmark: eagle's head), decorated in its center with a pear-cut sapphire (probable origin: Ceylon) whose weight is estimated at approximately 1.90 Cts, in an entourage of pear-cut diamonds brilliant, whose total weight is estimated at approximately 0.65 Ct.
