Antique Belle Epoque pearl & diamond necklace

18k (750°/°°) gold necklace composed of a Louis XVI knot surmounting a diamond-cut oval motif supporting a mobile fine pearl. Louis XVI style knots came back into fashion during the Belle Epoque period and this necklace is a nice example. Presence of the eagle's head hallmark for French work in 18 carat gold. French work circa 1910.
