Pendant set with a pear-shaped diamond of approximately 0.35 ct, two brilliant-cut diamonds of approximately 0.125 ct each (total diamond weight: approximately 0.60 ct), two pear-shaped opals of approximately 0.45 ct each (total opal weight: approximately 0.90 ct), a pear-shaped aquamarine of approximately 0.40 ct, and two marquise-cut sapphires of approximately 0.175 ct each (total sapphire weight: approximately 0.35 ct).
