Brooch Barrette in white gold, sapphires, and diamonds

Brooch Barrette in white gold 18 carats, with an oval motif in the middle consisting of a central old-cut diamond set with 6 claws, and on either side, four calibrated sapphires and four diamonds rose-cut sapphires. On either side of the central motif is a diamond rose-cut in a square. Note the number engraved on one side, "8996".
