This charming 18-karat yellow gold brooch pin, in a lozenge shape, is set with a delicately chased, applied three-leaf clover motif on a gold plate. The leaves are three cabochon garnets set in prongs, each centered with a half-pearl, also set in prongs. The stem features an applied rose-cut diamond. The setting is openwork.
