You and me vintage yellow gold diamond ring

You and me ring in 18k (750°/°°) gold composed of four diamonds, two of which are the largest weighing approximately 0.5 carat each (H SI2 and J Si2, no inclusions visible to the naked eye) each shouldered with 'a smaller diamond weighing approximately 0.15ct of similar quality. Italian work from the 1980s. Hallmark 750 for 18 carat gold.
