Vintage 18Kt yellow gold ring (hallmark: eagle's head) finely hammered, adorned with a beautiful sapphire cabochon weighing approximately 3.00Cts.
Sapphire accompanied by a Carat Gem Lab certificate, specifying natural Burmese sapphire without thermal modifications.
French work from the 70s by Costanza.
