Harry Winston vintage ring in yellow gold, sapphires and diamonds

A Harry Winston ring in 18k (750°/°°) yellow gold set with sapphires and diamonds.
The ring is composed of a central row of alternating pear-shaped sapphires and shuttle-shaped diamonds in a bezel setting. On either side, brilliant-cut diamonds and sapphires on each side also in bezel setting.
American work from the 1970s.
The jewel is not signed but we have a Harry Winston certificate dated 11/12/2010 affirming that it is indeed a work of their house and specifying the stock number R11175. Sold in its Harry Winston box.
