18 carat gold ring (750°/°°), composed of a sapphire and a diamond of 0.15 carats each. The ring is set with small rose-cut diamonds and framed by two small diamonds in a closed setting. Presence of a horse's head hallmark and a manufacturer's hallmark. French work in the Art Nouveau style.
