Tank ring in rose gold, platinum and diamond

Tank ring in 18-carat rose gold and platinum formed of 2x2 wide rose gold gadroons which hold on top a round motif set in the center, on platinum, with an old brilliant cut diamond within a geometric pattern, and a double draped motif also set on platinum with a rose cut diamond. The ring is engraved inside the band "Y to Y 13-6-48".
