Vintage tank ring in white gold & old cut diamonds

Tank ring in 18k (750°/°°) gold and platinum composed of two bodies forming a swirl paved with rose-cut diamonds and set in its center with an "old European cut" diamond weighing approximately 0.25ct (G SI1, no inclusion visible to the naked eye). French work from the 1940s. Presence of the eagle's head hallmark for the 18K gold and the dog's head for the platinum.
