Ring Surrounded by yellow gold, paltinium, spinel and diamonds

Ring 18-carat yellow gold and paltinium surround, rectangular with cut sides and adorned in the center with a pink spinel of 2.76 carats. The decoration is set with diamonds rose-cut diamonds and enhanced at all 4 corners by an arrowhead. The basket is elegantly openworked with arabesque motifs.
