Ring Surroundings in paltinium, opal and diamonds

Ring The flat mount is entirely made of paltinium and is oval in shape, set in the center with a large black cabochon opal of 3.80 carats with blue and green reflections. The frame is set with diamonds old brilliant-cut diamonds. The basket is openworked with small heart-shaped motifs.
