18k white and yellow gold ring (750/1000). Set with a white cultured pearl, two half-cut diamonds (approximately 0.37 ct each), and eighteen rose-cut diamonds (approximately 0.01 ct each). Total diamond weight: approximately 0.92 ct. Width at the top: 1.95 cm. Ring size: 50. Total weight: 4.85 g. Horse's head hallmark. Excellent condition.
