One oval-cut sapphire, weighing approximately 0.71 ct, surrounded by eight brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing approximately 1.20 ct each (approximately 0.15 ct each). Four brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing approximately 0.20 ct each (approximately 0.05 ct each). Total diamond weight approximately 1.40 ct. Width at the top: 1.75 cm. Ring size: 51.5. Total weight: 4.49 g. Eagle's head hallmark. Excellent condition.
