Ring Duchess in yellow gold and paltinium with ruby and diamonds

Ring antique "Duchesse" in yellow gold 18Kt and paltinium (hallmark: cheval), the center of which is set with an oval ruby weighing approx. 0.45 Ct, and an old-cut diamond weighing approx. 0.55 Ct (color estimated H, purity estimated VS), in a setting of old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, whose total weight is estimated at approx. 0.10 Ct.

Late 19th century, Belle Epoque.

Gross weight: 3.81 g
Design height: 2.00 cm
Design width: 1.00 cm
Size: 56 (diameter 17.75 / US 7.50).

Condition: very slight micro-scratches on the gold and paltinium parts, natural inclusions in the stones, slight abrasion of the stones, slight wear to the setting, see photos.
