Dome ring in white gold, platinum, sapphire and diamonds

Dome ring in 18-carat white gold and platinum, formed of a wide ring openworked at its base by triangular motifs. The top is formed of a row of teardrop motifs each adorned with an old-cut diamond, then a row of old-cut diamonds set in grain and finally a 6-prong setting which holds in the center a cushion-cut sapphire.
