Vintage ball ring in yellow gold, rubies and diamonds

18k (750°/°°) yellow gold ball ring set with nine rubies, probably synthetic, including a larger central one, and four rose-cut diamonds. Work from the 1960s. Note a tiny lack on one of the rose-cut diamonds.
