Ball ring in 18k (750°/°°) yellow gold set in its center with an Old mine cut diamond weighing approximately 1.3 ct of quality (KL VS2, no inclusions visible to the naked eye) in an entourage of modern cut diamonds for a total weight of approximately 0.6 ct. Probably French work from the 1950s.
