Ballerina ring in 18k (750°/°°) yellow gold set in its center with an emerald-cut garnet weighing approximately 4 carats ( 10x8x4.95 mm) in a surround of 12 baguette-cut diamonds for a total weight of approximately 1 carat of H VVS quality. Probably vintage American work. Presence of the 18K hallmark for 18 carat gold.
