Marquise ring in yellow gold, platinum, rubies and diamonds

Marquise ring in 18-carat yellow gold and platinum, adorned with rose-cut diamonds and calibrated rubies. On either side of the head, the ring is made of gold wire and a shield-shaped motif set with a small rose-cut diamond.
