Solitaire ring in platinum, pearl and diamonds

Platinum ring The top of the ring is adorned with a presumably fine gold pearl. On either side, the band's starting point is set with two sets of five old-cut diamonds. A platinum fleur-de-lis motif supports the pearl; the band is marked 3303 inside.
