Pompadour ring in 18-carat rose gold and silver The setting is a closed-set 12-carat green agate cabochon on paillon, surrounded by rose-cut diamonds set in silver. The basket is openwork. On either side of the head, at the base of the ring, is a lyre-shaped decoration set with a rose-cut diamond.
