The necklace is surrounded by wavy petals representing a pansy. French Art Nouveau circa 1900. Signed A. VAUDET. Presence of the eagle head hallmark for 18-carat gold and the H C maker's hallmark. Auguste Vaudet (1838-1914) was a sculptor who exhibited at the 1900 Exposition Universelle. His works are in the collections of the Musée d'Orsay.
