Extremely rare regional ring called "fefe" or "gimmel" made in France, in 750‰ yellow gold, set with 2 rose-cut diamonds, representing two right hands joined. Made up of three rings, thanks to its mechanism, the hands can separate, revealing two hearts side by side, each set with a small ruby.
