Magnificent Duchess or "Tiare" ring dating from the Belle Epoque, in 750‰ yellow gold and 950‰ platinum, set with a round-cut sapphire of approximately 0.40 carat, between 2 old-cut diamonds of approximately 0.35 and 0.15 carat, J/SI quality, all surrounded by 17 rose-cut diamonds.
