Brooch Barrette Ribbon diamonds and sapphires

Brooch Barrette in the form of a ribbon tied in lines of diamonds 8/8 and lines of calibrated sapphires. The setting is in paltinium and the pin in white gold 18 carats. Circa 1920, French work.
